1. download The ROM
2. Root your device and make backup
3. and install ClockworkMod Recovery
4. connect your phone to the PC via USB
5. In the phone memory should work now appear (Phone). Create a folder in it and drag the file purely cm_galaxysmtd_full-XX.zip
